better for everyone. For over 20 years, Union has been sourcing coffee direct from farmers around
the world, working together with producers to increase both quality of coffee and livelihoods
longterm. Focusing on craft roasting, coffee training and education, our ambition is to see high
quality speciality coffee served around the UK in cafes, restaurants, homes – anywhere a cup
of coffee is enjoyed. We work with the best baristas, roasters and coffee farmers to raise the bar
