Honest Toil is a small collaborative project based just south of
Kyparissia in Messinia, Peloponnese, Greece. Harvest here is far from
the big-scale production of most olive oils, as everything is picked by
hand, and properly cold-pressed within hours at the local press.
We're determined to keep things as direct as possible, sharing the
fruits of our toil at a sensible price, supporting the traditional Messinian
harvest, and making sure that the oil on your table is produced and
distributed in the most direct and sustainable way.
The result is raw and green, with a light peppery spice
and flavours of fresh cut grass...
